Collaborate
This is the first and most important step in the web design process. During this phase we lay the foundation for your site. We figure out and discuss what you want out of your website, what image you want to portray with your brand, how you want your website to function, who you are targeting with your site and you want your site to interact with your target audience, and so much more. With a solid foundation, the rest is easy.
Design, Build, Refine
The next step is to take take the ideas and foundation we built in the first step and put them into action. We begin to layout the design and functionality of the site, checking in with you along the way. If something needs to be tweaked to your exact liking, we tweak it. This step in the process is by far the most time consuming, it is the meat of the project and can get very meticulous depending on how the site is supposed to look and function as well as making sure the site is optimized for search engines (SEO). Once the site is done being built, we go through a functionality check and browser check to ensure to holds true in every web browser as each browser can have it's own little quirks that can completely alter the look of a website.
Train
After the site is built, functioning, and checked, we train you on how to best use your site. Some sites will require more training than others, but almost all sites will require at least a little bit of training. It could be as simple training you on the basic aspects of the site and where things are placed on your site and why. Or you may need to be trained on how to logon and publish content to your site, manage registered users, change out images, etc... Whatever it is, we will make sure you know the ins and outs of your site. Don't worry though, we will always be here for questions if you happen to forget something from time to time.
Launch
Now it is time to enjoy your site. We have built it, we have trained you, now you can put it to work. We worked hard on your website, getting it just the way you wanted it to look and function and it is now time to reap the benefits of having that well-designed and executed website!
